A vast majority of my work is made to one at a time. I want you to be as much in love with your item as I am in creating it. So please contact me within three days of receiving you piece if any issues or problems may arise. I use reclaimed materials, I do not use any dies, templates, I don’t even use a mechanical polishing. Every piece is handmade and handcrafted. There will be natural character and slight “imperfections”. If for any reason you are unhappy with your items, the item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. Once returned please allow an acceptable amount of time, to have a return submitted to you. Handling and shipping charges will a buyer’s responsibility.  Be advised that returned items will be resold. A Custom piece is non-returnable. I cannot be held accountable for any custom fees, taxes, late or missing packages. I will provide a tracking number and will assist in any way possible if an issue arises.
